⦁ Clients visit www.yachttogo.com to search and book luxury yachts & boats by destination.
⦁ A curated list of available vessels will be presented based on the search.
⦁ Clients submit direct inquiries to the vessel owners by clicking the “Book Now” or “Contact Host” buttons.
⦁ The owner will reply with an offer confirming the details.
⦁ If the client approves the offer, their credit card will be charged a 50% prepayment to secure the booking. Both parties will receive a confirmation email and can contact each other directly.

Absolutely. We have implemented strict protocols and utilized state-of-the-art online payment gateways to guarantee the utmost security of our clients’ financial data. Our platform complies with the highest international security standards.

YachttoGO utilizes a highly secure third-party payment gateway to process transactions. Once an owner creates a customized price offer, the client can confirm the reservation by accepting it.
Upon acceptance, the client’s credit card is charged a 50% prepayment to officially secure the vessel. Please note that YachttoGO does not process partial payments or multiple credit cards for a single transaction. Security deposits are only processed post-charter if applicable.

Contact information remains private and blocked until a reservation is officially approved to ensure your security and protect against unauthorized parties. Conducting a booking outside of YachttoGO violates our terms of service and compromises your safety. Once a booking is approved and the prepayment is complete, you will gain full access to the contact information.

YachttoGO applies a highly competitive service charge of 10% to charterers. This fee enables us to safely process transactions, implement top-tier fraud protection, and provide 24/7 VIP customer support.

Standard international payment processing may incur a standard money transaction fee of 3%, applied to cover secure banking gateway costs.

Yes, YachttoGO accepts major global currencies processed securely through our international payment gateways. Standard currency conversion rates may apply depending on your bank.

Instant Book is the most efficient way to secure charters! When enabled, guests can bypass the inquiry phase and instantly secure their dates. Your listing will feature a lightning bolt icon.
How to Enable Instant Book?
Your vessel must meet the following criteria:

• An updated calendar (within the last 30 days)
• At least one successfully completed charter
• Comprehensive House Rules

If qualified, navigate to Your Listings > Manage Listing and Calendar > Pricing > Instant Book.

Maintaining an accurate calendar is vital. To adjust availability manually, navigate to Your Listings > Manage Listing and Calendar > Calendar.
To sync with external calendars (Google/Outlook), click “Export Calendar” to generate a specialized URL, then add it to your preferred calendar app to prevent double-booking.

When you receive a request, a notification will appear on your dashboard. You have three options:

1. Pre-Approve: Accept the booking to proceed to payment.
2. Decline: Politely decline if dates are unavailable or the request doesn’t fit your criteria.
3. Send an Offer: Counter with a customized itinerary or tailored price offer.
