1. Operational Entity & Fleet Integration
Our operational domain is https://www.yachttogo.com.
YachttoGO Nomad Group Yat. Turizm Tekstil San. ve Tic Ltd. operates as a verified global marketplace for crewed and bareboat charter fleets. Incorporated in England & Wales (2017), YachttoGO provides the technical infrastructure and compliance verification required to connect clients directly with verified global fleets and vessel operators across the Aegean, Mediterranean, and international waters. We do not own the vessels; we execute the operational bridge and technical clearance.
2. Operational Logs & User Transmissions
When users execute transmissions (inquiries, reviews, or compliance messages) within the marketplace, we capture the data explicitly entered into the system. Additionally, we log the originating IP address and browser telemetry (user agent string) strictly for spam mitigation and network security protocols.
An encrypted hash derived from your email address may be processed via the Gravatar service to verify profile imagery. Upon administrative clearance of your transmission, associated profile imagery becomes publicly verifiable within the marketplace.
3. Vessel & Profile Media Telemetry
Hosts and users uploading technical imagery or vessel media must strip embedded coordinate data (EXIF GPS) prior to transmission. Media hosted on our servers is publicly accessible, and embedded coordinate data can be extracted by third parties. YachttoGO denies liability for spatial data voluntarily uploaded within media files.
4. Tracking & Telemetry (Cookies)
- Session Authentication: Accessing the login terminal triggers a temporary telemetry file (cookie) to verify browser compatibility. It contains no identifying data and is purged upon terminal closure.
- Operational Persistence: Upon successful login, the system generates cookies to maintain active authentication and visual interface configurations. Authentication files persist for 48 hours; interface files persist for 12 months. Engaging the “Remember Me” protocol extends authentication to 14 days. Initiating the logout sequence instantly purges these files.
- Data Entry Logs: Modifying or publishing technical listings generates an ID-specific cookie in your browser. This file expires in 24 hours and contains no personal identity metrics.
5. External Telemetry & Third-Party Modules
Specific marketplace sectors may utilize embedded content (e.g., vessel video walk-throughs or external technical charts). Embedded modules execute as if the user directly accessed the originating server. These external nodes may capture telemetry, deploy cookies, and monitor engagement independently of YachttoGO’s internal security protocols.
6. Data Routing & Retention Schedules
System Resets: Executing a password reset protocol mandates the inclusion of your originating IP address within the automated security email.
Data Retention: Operational inquiries, reviews, and their associated metadata are archived indefinitely to bypass moderation queues for returning, verified users. For registered marketplace users (Guests and Hosts), we retain the personal data documented within their dashboard profiles. Users maintain full operational authority to view, modify, or purge their personal data at any time (username alterations are systemically restricted). Marketplace administrators hold parallel authority to access and modify this data for compliance purposes.
7. User Clearance & Data Authority
If you hold an active registry (account) on this platform, you may formally request an exported archive of your personal data logs. Furthermore, you possess the authority to request the absolute deletion of your personal metrics. Exception: YachttoGO retains the right to securely archive data strictly required for administrative, financial, legal, or maritime security compliance.
8. Automated Verification Routing
User transmissions and operational inquiries may be routed through automated, third-party threat-detection and spam-mitigation services to ensure the integrity of the global fleet network.
